Bailey M.
Puntereri is responsible for distribution of
Atlantic-Pacific Capital's fundraising assignments within the
United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and other
parts of Europe, where he maintains relationships with a broad
spectrum of limited partners.
Prior to joining
Atlantic-Pacific, Bailey was a director at CIT Real Estate
Partners, a European private equity real estate group which has
invested $3 billion globally, where he was responsible for
leading business development, fund structuring and investor
relations initiatives. Previously, Bailey worked in Park Hill
Group's Real Estate Group in London, focusing on capital raising
for leading real estate private equity fund managers in Europe,
North America, Asia, India and Brazil. Before Park Hill, Bailey
worked in the New York office of Colliers ABR.
Bailey earned a
Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
