James D.
Weidner is in his ninth year with Atlantic-Pacific Capital
and has over 15 years of alternative investment experience. In
addition to managing distribution and relationship management in
the Western United States and Canada, he is also active in the
origination and due diligence of prospective general partners. Jim
works closely with private equity, real estate and infrastructure
institutional investors that include public and corporate pensions,
consultants, endowments, foundations, financial institutions,
fund-of-funds and family offices.
Prior to joining
Atlantic-Pacific, Jim was a senior analyst with Pacific Corporate
Group where his responsibilities included the analysis, due
diligence, negotiation and monitoring of limited partnership and
direct investment opportunities.
Jim earned an MBA
from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration from Chapman University.
