Sarah McFadden
Sandström is responsible for developing relationships with
general partners on a global basis. She helps manage
Atlantic-Pacific Capital's origination activities and leads all
aspects of global fundraising campaigns. Sarah is in her
fourteenth year as a fundraising specialist and has transaction
experience in Europe, North America, South America and Africa.
Prior to joining
Atlantic-Pacific, Sarah was a director in the Credit Suisse Private
Fund Group where she played a leading role as a senior project
manager. Mrs. Sandström spent more than thirteen years at
Credit Suisse (CS) / Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) where
she focused on private equity fundraising for over a
decade. At CS, Sarah led 15 fundraisings and played a key role
in an additional nine transactions, aggregating over $29 billion of
fund commitments. She was actively involved in deal origination and
due diligence and was a member of the Private Fund Group's
Screening and Pricing Committees. Prior to joining DLJ's
Private Fund Group in 1999, Sarah began her career in the Los
Angeles office of DLJ's Investment Banking Group.
Sarah earned a
Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies with honors and a second
Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior and Management from
Brown University, where she graduated magna cum laude and
was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
