Mark M. Olexy is
responsible for Atlantic-Pacific Capital's Direct Placement
Business where he arranges and structures private placements across
a comprehensive range of financing needs including growth equity,
acquisition finance, special situations, project finance and
liquidity transactions. Mark has successfully raised capital
for issuers globally across multiple sectors including energy,
healthcare, technology, media & telecommunications, financial
institutions, business services and general industrials.
Prior to joining Atlantic-Pacific, Mark was a director in Lazard's
Private Equity Placement Group in New York where he provided
private capital raising and advisory services for corporate
clients. Previously, Mark held positions in private placements
at Citigroup Global Markets, Larkspur Capital and BMO Capital
Markets.
Mark earned an MBA from
Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts
in Economics from Northwestern University and is a Chartered
Financial Analyst.
