Christian H. Voss joined Atlantic-Pacific Capital, Inc. in January 2010. Previously, Mr. Voss was Managing Director and Head of Private Capital Markets for Cantor Fitzgerald in New York and London. Mr. Voss has held senior positions within the capital markets for over 20 years and has sourced and structured transactions for issuers globally. Mr. Voss has executed over 200 equity, debt and mezzanine financings with a total value of over $22 billion.

Prior to his tenure at Cantor Fitzgerald, Mr. Voss was a Director at Merrill Lynch for eight years in New York and Hong Kong, responsible for the origination and execution of private placements. Mr. Voss has been a leader in private placement financings, focused on capital raisings for small to medium sized enterprises in a variety of sectors including, financial institutions, real estate, technology, transportation and energy. Mr. Voss holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Villanova University and an MBA with Honors from Fordham University Graduate School of Business.
