Yi Yi Sun joined Atlantic Pacific Capital in September 2007. Previously, she was an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers performing financial statement audits, Sarbanes-Oxley internal control compliance and reviews of regulatory filings for IPOs and annual and quarterly financial reports on Form 10-Ks and 10-Qs.

Prior to joining PwC, Ms. Sun was a Senior Accountant for the American Institute for Foreign Study. She earned a Bachelor of Science with a major in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
