CapMan Buyout VIII Holds Final Close on €440M ($556M)

GREENWICH, CONN. — Atlantic-Pacific Capital is pleased to announce the final close of CapMan Group’s latest buyout fund, CapMan Buyout VIII. The fund will make private equity investments in companies located in the Nordic region with enterprise values between €50M–€250M. Limited Partners from Europe and North America committed a total of €440M ($556M) to the fund, surpassing its target amount of €375M. To date, the fund has completed two transactions.
