Brockton Capital is a UK real estate investment firm formed to
create value in real estate via hands-on asset management, combined
with a top-down view on cycle timing and high growth sectors within
the market. BCF II exceeded its £300m target and closed on £500m in
August 2010. The fund intends to invest opportunistically in a wide
range of real estate assets, asset-backed operating businesses and
real estate capital markets securities.
